We manufactured bespoke furniture and home decor accessories for an appartement in Jakarta.

We created a series of premium furniture for a huge flat in Jakarta. We worked with an Indonesian interior design studio. Together we created a range of furniture and home accessories. The idea was to pay tribute to the beauty of Indonesia. Indonesia is the biggest archipelago in the world. The country is home to many culture, religions and traditions. The country also has some of the largest tropical forests on the planet. We selected materials to show the beauty of Indonesia. From natural stone to resin to floating drift wood to recycled teak, we use some of the best materials around. We also featured Indonesian cultures as a central part of our furnishings. We made lamp shades ouf of traditional batiks. We collected floating wood to make reclaimed coffee tables. We sourced unique onyx fossil stones to make bathroom and kitchen sinks. We inserted drift woods scraps inside the resin of solid teak stools. We combined age-old furniture manufacturing techniques with the newest technologies. The result is a mix and match range of furnishings with an ethnic yet luxurious feel.

HOW TO MEASURE THE GLASS TABLE TOP.

There is always a way to replace a glass top.

Sometimes, fixing a broken glass is as easy as ordering a new one online. Yet you need to know how to measure the glass.
It’s easy to order a table top online. Plenty of websites offer nice glass tops at competitive price. All you need is a few measurements. Let’s see how to measure the proper way. For square or rectangle table tops, measure the width and length of the glass. For round table tops, measure the diameter from the middle of the table. Make sure to measure through the center of the table, all the way from one side to the other. In both cases, always measure from the inside of the table frame.
If you are replacing glass for a patio table, remember to drill holes to fit umbrellas.
After you measure the general size, take a piece of broken glass and measure its thickness.
Double check all sizes and so you know exactly the sizes you need to order.

CUSTOMIZE THE COLOR OF THE GLASS.

Clear glass & Low-iron glass. While both glass types are clear, low-iron glass has less green tint.

If the glass holds heavy objects, it is better to choose tempered glass. We recommended tempered glass for glass bookshelves and TV cabinets. Tempered glass is 7 times stronger than regular household glass. It is safer than regular glass. Tempered glass breaks into dull fragments rather than sharp fragments. This is why most businesses, restaurants and schools love tempered glass.
Thickness of the glass top depends on the type of table you have. The amount of weight a glass table can withstand depends on its support frame. For instance, a table supports more weight if it has a middle support. Tables with frames use thiner glasses. If the glass is the actual surface and has no frame, you will need a thickness above 6mm. If the table top is longer than 80cm, you will need an even thicker glass.
Always check the thickness the glass that broke so you better know what you need.

Nano470 Construction Glass Glue allow you to attach glass to metal frames. This is useful for patio or coffee tables with metal frames. To attach glass tops to wood frames, use rubber bumpers. The rubber will protect both the glass and the wood surfaces. It also prevents the glass table top from sliding. Insert the table bumpers between the glass and the table legs.
