We manufacture and export synthetic rattan furniture from our factory in Jepara, Indonesia. We specialize in custom-made manufacturing. We create bespoke items to fulfill our customer specific needs. This Australian shop owner contacted us with a list of items. He then told us sizes and quantities he needed. After receiving the deposit payment, we produced the furniture in 60 days. During the manufacturing, we send picture updates every day. This allow our customers to see the entire process and give us feedbacks.
Like all our furniture, our synthetic rattan items are handmade with traditional careful techniques. We pay close attention to the quality of our production. When it comes to excellence, choosing the right materials is vital. We use aluminium frames, German wicker, outdoor foam and fabrics. Our quality inspectors control every step of the process. Aluminium frames are immune against rust. German wicker offers top-quality rattan. The color will never fade under extreme weather. The German wicker will also not warp or split. Outdoor foam and fabric will never stain or rot under heavy rain.

We manufactured custom-made teak furniture for a resort in Central America.

We manufactured all the furniture for a resort in Costa Rica. After the home decor accessories and the suar furniture, we manufactured a series of teak furniture items.
We worked in close collaboration with the hotel interior design studio. The interior designers offered us guidance and a direction to follow. Together we created a series of teak furniture for their hotel project. We manufactured bespoke teak vanity cabinets to fit the hotel bathrooms. We also created solid wooden stools, asian console tables and day beds. We also did some book racks from reclaimed traditional Indonesian boats. The entire series of teak furniture becomes gorgeous when displayed as a set. We were proud and happy to take part in this beautiful project. We love to manufacture custom-made furniture for hotel projects. Yet, the process can be even better. It takes a new level when we benefit from the experience of talented international interior design studios.

After talking with the interior designer, we started working on this large furnishings series. The brief was straightforward: to create vintage-like, ethnic crafts with premium materials. We used teak wood, river or lava stone and more. From standing stone sculpture to wooden trays to carved mirrors, we manufactured an entire range for the customer. The decorative items bring a distressed vibe and a touch of authenticity to all the rooms. These home accessories tell the hotel story. They allow to create an age-old vibe, to bring a patina and give the interior design a soul. The customer feels at home in a new, exotic place filled with genuine handicraft.

Suar wood has a gorgeous grain.
Also known as rain tree wood or monkeypod, suar has unique look. Its grain is large and offers a contrast colors. This beautiful tree grows fast and can become huge. Some trees grow up to 25 meters high. The big logs allow us to cut large slabs. We can build long bar counters made out of a single piece of wood. We manufacture solid slabs without lamination and with natural edges. When it comes to furniture manufacturing for hotels, we need to have accent pieces. Interior designers love to use suar wood to create items that catch attention. The rain tree has the potential to create this wow-factor.
